About the role.

The Move-In Co-ordinator is a temporary Sales support position within Signature homes. The Move-In Co-ordinator oversees resident move-ins to ensure that each resident has a successful move-in and transition to life in his or her new Signature home. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

Areas of responsibility:

  • Communication
  • Resident move-in process
  • Resident administrative records
  • Suite readiness
  • VIP (for pre-open homes)
  • Support Sales, Marketing, referral development events and open houses

Job Requirements

About you.

You will need to be a strong administrator, have an eye for detail as well as a calm empathetic manner.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:

 

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Computer literacy
  • Sales or event management background desirable, although not essential 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Enjoys interacting with seniors

This role will include weekend working.
