About the role.

Based at the Support Office in Beaconsfield his role will offer the perfect opportunity for someone with excellent administration and organisation skill and a good understanding of the role of Marketing to develop their career. The role of the Marketing Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Group Marketing Manager in managing all aspects of Marketing across the Group and providing support for the Client Liason Managers at the homes. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop in an ambitious and growing business.

  • Contributing to, developing and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Proofreading copy
  • Website – uploading content
  • Data analysis, evaluation and reporting on campaigns and marketing activities
  • Liaising with designers and printers
  • Assisting in the production of marketing collateral and arranging effective distribution of marketing materials
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales and marketing team
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager on the launch of new builds
  • Providing competitive quotations for the sales and marketing teams for collateral
  • Administration support
  • Work with our digital team on PPC, Twitter, and blogs and reporting
  • Copywriting, writing online content and writing press releases
  • Analysing google analytics and adjusting campaigns accordingly
  • Assessing the results of a marketing campaign
  • Helping to drive online traffic with web-related campaigns
  • Budget control experience would be an advantage

Job Requirements

About you.

We are looking for someone with degree level education or equivalent, excellent organisation and administration skills including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel. In addition to this you will have the following;

  • Digital marketing skills and awareness of digital media techniques
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Good organisation and planning skills
  • The ability to work well as part of a team and good interpersonal skills
  • Drive, motivation and enthusiasm
  • The ability to work flexibly, under pressure and to deadlines
  • The ability to use your initiative and the confidence to 'sell' your ideas
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
